Are dogs supervised at all times?
Yes! Each of our seperate play floors is supervised along with personnel in the building overnight to ensure your dogs are never left alone.
Does my dog need to be spayed or neutered?
We can make exceptions for dogs under a year, unless they begin showing signs of excessive aggression or mounting. If females begin going into heat during their stay they will be separated from group play.
What vaccines is my dog required to have?
Bordetella, DAP, and Rabies. Full series must be completed.
What do I need to send with my dog to daycare?
Water and treats are provided throughout the day. If you would like lunch given during the day, you can bring in some of their food at drop off. For safety reasons please remove prong, chain, shock, or electric fence collars. Dogs must have a breakaway or belt collar including a tag with their name.
What do I need to send my dog with for boarding?
Our boarding suites come with raised Kuranda bedding, but any blankets, beds, or toys from home can be placed in their room to make them more comfortable. Food is available at a rate of $3/per meal, although we recommended sending them with their usual food to avoid stomach upset. If providing your dog's own meals, please individually bag each meal.
Will you administer my dog's medications?
Yes. Medications can be given at specific times by approved staff members. A charge of $3 per day will be applied.
Do you accept all breeds?
Yes! We do not discriminate against any breed! All are welcome!
My dog doesn't get along with other dogs, what options are there aside from daycare?
Yes. A separate section of play floor is offered to non-social dogs and one on one play time with our attendants.
What do I need to do to get my dog set up for a daycare evaluation?
Please complete the new client registration form on Doggie Dashboard, print and signing our terms and conditions form, and submit proof of vaccinations. Then give us a call to set up a time and day for an evaluation. All forms can be found on our website.
Do you separate daycare dogs by size or temperament?
Daycare is separated by a combination of size, age, and play style. We typically have a group for small and elderly dogs, medium sized, and high energy and large breeds.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Card, cash, check, and tap-to-pay. To avoid paying the 2.9% vendor fee you can pay by cash or check! (K9CC does not receive profit from these fees)
What times can I drop off or pick up for boarding?
Drop off and pick up is between 8:00am - 12:00pm daily. Late pick up 12:00pm - 6:00pm will result in a $24.00 fee. If special arrangements are needed outside of normal business hours, parents must contact K9CC prior to the day of pickup. Another day of boarding may be added if not able to meet prior arrangements.
What times can I drop off or pick up for daycare?
Monday - Friday 6:00am to 6:00pm. Dogs must be picked up by 6:00pm. Cost after 6:00pm is $5.00 per every 15 minutes. If your pet has not been picked up by 7:00pm and no arrangements have been made beforehand the dog will be boarded at the normal standard boarding rate.
